ZipForm provider zipLogix said today it’s renewed a long-standing partnership with the Arizona Association of Realtors, and announced new partnerships with eight other Realtor associations around the country.
The Fraser, Mich-based company also announced the release of zipForm Plus, which offers a redesigned user interface with quick-loading forms, a streamlined transaction display including integrated document storage files with transaction forms in one list, and improved search tools.
ZipForm Plus also lets users create custom email signatures to be used with each email sent from the application, and add photos to transactions, contacts and user profiles.
Finally, zipLogix said it is bringing its tools to real estate professionals in Mexico for the first time, through a partnership with Terminus Sistema Global.
Terminus Sistema Global will make zipLogix’s zipForm Plus, zipVault Document Storage, zipForm Mobile Web Edition, zipLogix Digital Ink and zipForm MLS-Connect available as a suite of real estate software that will be available in Mexico as Intelidocs.
Each program’s interface language can be changed to either Spanish or English. Century 21 Mexico, which has 2,500 agents in 130 offices throughout Mexico, will be the first client to use Intelidocs powered by zipLogix.
ZipLogix is owned and run by a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors, Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS). The National Association of Realtors holds a 30 percent stake in zipLogix. Source: globenewswire.com
