Zillow Inc. has completed its acquisition of New York City-based real estate website StreetEasy for $50 million in cash, the company said today.
StreetEasy co-founder Michael Smith said in a statement that the acquisition means StreetEasy will be able to leverage Zillow’s “expertise, knowledge and resources” to continue to bring New Yorkers real estate data.
