Bentonville, Ark.-based Wise Custom Realty says that within five years, it plans to be in 550 locations around the country where its partner, flexible workspace provider Regus, can provide office space.
Wise, which expanded into the Kansas City, Mo., market in August and is interviewing managing brokers in Denver, St. Louis, Philadelphia and Memphis, employs a business model in which it charges agents $199 a month for office space plus a transaction fee up to $500 per sale, the Colorado Springs Business Journal’s Marija Vader reports.
