The Wall Street Journal takes a look at real estate coaches, who “explain, and in some cases provide, new technology to agents.”
One of the top real estate coaches, Tom Ferry, has cross-promotion deals with Bank of America and Zillow. Another, Brian Buffini, recently drew a crowd of 2,000 people to a presentation in New York City.
“Are coaches selling standard self-help, and promises of wealth? Or are they real estate experts, imparting valuable information?” asks Mansion reporter Katy McLaughlin. “With rapid growth in coaching companies, more agents and brokers will have a chance to decide for themselves.” Source: wsj.com.
