Dayton, Ohio-based Prudential One Realtors will merge with Prudential Select Properties of Cleveland, forming a new company with about 370 agents also serving Cincinnati, Columbus and Toledo, the Dayton Daily News reports.
Both companies were among the ranks of Prudential Real Estate-affiliated companies that have already announced plans to rebrand under the flag of Warren Buffett’s new real estate franchise network, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
After the merger is completed in January, Prudential One and Prudential Select Properties will rebrand as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. Source: daytondailynews.com
