Realtors in the Mesa, Ariz., market this weekend will be showing prospects 20 model homes in Eastmark, a new master-planned community that’s entitled for more than 15,000 residential units including single-family homes, multifamily dwellings and apartments.
More than 100 new homes in Eastmark are currently under construction by seven builders, including more than 30 “quick move-in” models that will be available as soon as this fall. DMB Mesa Proving Grounds LLC is developing the project.
Builder-developer AV Homes Inc., which plans to open a 900-home “active adult 55 plus community” in Eastmark in 2015, announced today that it’s acquired 105 acres just east of the community. AV Homes plans to build 345 homes on the site that will begin coming on the market in 2015, with prices starting in the low $200,000s. Source: Eastmark.com
