A team of top-producing Prudential Fox & Roach agents said they’re on board for the switch to the brokerage’s new franchise affiliation with Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
HomeServices of America Inc. announced in August that it had acquired Philadelphia-based Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, and that the brokerage’s more than 4,000 associates would join agents at other Prudential-affiliated brokerages onwed by HomeServices in rebranding as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in the fall.
Prudential Fox & Roach is rebranding today as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, and agent Frank L. DeFazio said his CityCenterTeam will continue to operate with the brokerage.
“When the announcement was made that HomeServices of America had partnered with Berkshire Hathaway and subsequently acquired Prudential Fox & Roach … my entire team and I were ecstatic,” DeFazio said in a statement. “It’s a very exciting time for our industry.” Source: prweb.com
