Instead of maintaining separate reciprocal data agreements, several neighboring Realtor associations in North Carolina and South Carolina should form a regional MLS, the president of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors (BCAR) has proposed in an email to members.
In announcing the renewal of a reciprocal data-sharing agreement with the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, BCAR board President Larry McNeill told members that the two associations should explore the formation of a large regional MLS with the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, the Topsail Island Association of Realtors and the Jacksonville Board of Realtors.
