NexTitle, a title and escrow firm with offices in nine states, is offering a new suite of online tools, GLADis, that allows real estate and mortgage professionals to access all of their historic and active real estate transactions from any device, and open new transactions and order customer service products with a few clicks.
GLADis supports teams, allowing users to order documents and listing packages that provide access to home’s transaction history, and receive instant order numbers and Good Faith Estimates (for refis only).
Bellevue, Wash.-based NexTitle says that since the introduction of the GLADis system, online orders have increased by nearly 60 percent, to around 10 a day. Source: marketwired.com.
