Add Houston-based Jason’s House to the list of websites offering to match homebuyers with agents.
The Houston Chronicle reports that the site — launched in beta in January by Nicholas Ripple and Drew Daniels with backing from an angel investor — lets consumers pick the services they’d like to receive from agents, who bid for their business by offering commission rebates. Agents pay a fee to Jason’s House.
Competitors in the space include Agent Ace, HomeLight and NeighborCity. Source: blog.chron.com.
