Indiana’s fledgling regional MLS will feature a public-facing website aimed at helping Realtors fight online competitors like Yahoo and Zillow, Fort Wayne real estate broker Patrick Maloblocki tells The Journal Gazette.
The Indiana Regional MLS plans to have a public-facing website, www.reindiana.com, up and running by the middle of next year with more than 750,000 listings from 13 participating Realtor associations. The MLS covers 42 of Indiana’s 92 counties.
Real estate data and technology firm Lender Processing Services Inc. announced in February that its Paragon system will power the cooperatively owned MLS, created as an LLC in August 2012. Source: journalgazette.net
