Luxury brokerage firm Douglas Elliman will market 34 condos in “Honeycomb,” a striking 175,000-square-foot building that’s part of the Albany Marina Residences in the Bahamas.
Designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, each unit will have a sunken balcony pool, each forming a shallow “V” in the eight-story building’s glass facade.
Caribbean Journal says Honeycomb, scheduled to break ground this summer, “might just be the most revolutionary real estate design in the Caribbean.” Source: caribjournal.com.
