Contactually, a customer relationship management platform (CRM) that allows users to manage contacts from email, social networks and other CRM platforms, has a new tool, “Pipelines,” that gives users insight into their deals, from lead to close.
The tool segments deals — with the last contact date and value visible — into a dashboard with three categories: “Introduction,” “Discussion” and “Close.” Each deal’s status is marked with a color, indicating whether it’s hot or going cold.
The tool also has a collaboration feature.
“We are especially excited about the ability to share deals and pipelines across your professional team,” wrote Brian Pesin, marketing manager at Contactually, in a blog post introducing the new tool. “This will allow colleagues to better collaborate and see, at a cursory glance, which deals are in what phase and which deals need extra attention to successfully close.”
Contactually is one of 13 in the inaugural class of the Inman Incubator program, a yearlong mentorship, advisory and promotional program to help new companies in the real estate industry succeed.
