BuzzBuzzHome, a website aimed aimed at buyers of new homes, says several Canadian homebuilders have adopted “Buzz XML Standard,” or BXS, which the company hopes will provide a common standard for the exchange of listings data for new homes and condos. Toronto’s largest condo builder, Tridel, is among the developers using the new standard. When developers publish Web pages in the BXS format, BuzzBuzzHome is able to pull the information and share it with others, allowing developers to syndicate their listing inventory.
