San Francisco Bay Area homebuilders have “hit (a) sweet spot” with rising buyer demand and low inventory, the San Francisco Business Times reports. KB Home is pricing 98 new homes planned in Dublin at $844,000 to $919,000, and 90 more homes in Danville will start at $785,000. KB Home locked in “numerous development sites” during the downturn, and has nearly 400 more homes under construction around the Bay Area, including 242 homes in San Jose. Source: bizjournals.com.
