The Bob Hope estate may be located in the San Fernando Valley, but it “screams Hollywood,” Jade Mills, estates director for Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills, tells People Magazine. Neighbors include Billy Ray Cyrus (whose daughter Miley grew up there) and Steve Carell.
Mills, whose past clients include Jennifer Aniston, Britney Spears, Lionel Richie and Gwen Stefani, thinks the $27.5 million listing “will appeal to a celebrity. You have to make a lot of money to be able to afford and maintain it, so it will have to be someone who truly wants this property and is a really big star.”
