Berkshire Hathaway’s recently launched real estate franchisor, HomeServices of America, believes it can leverage the stellar reputation of its parent company to make a splash in real estate.
Berkshire Hathaway’s brand “promises integrity, trust and competence,” the head of Berkshire Hathaway’s broker networks told the Los Angeles Times. That reputation will help the franchisor attract the top agents and brokers in the industry, he said.
