Prudential One, Realtors and Prudential Select Properties, which together have 18 offices and 400 agents in Cleveland, Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, joined Warren Buffett’s new franchise network today and will now operate as a single firm under the name Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty.
The two firms are among the 51 brokerages — all Prudential Real Estate affiliates — that have committed to join the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, which welcomed its first firm on Sept. 23.
The firms announced their plans to merge and rebrand in December.
