Digital notary startup Notarize announced Wednesday that it struck up a partnership with dotloop, a Zillow-owned company that provides a popular transaction management platform for real estate professionals.
Agents in California who use the transaction management platform will no longer need to download and import forms.
Agents who use the Zillow-owned platform will be required to opt out of a new data-sharing policy if they don't want dotloop to share their data with third-party affiliates.
