Vija Williams is on the leadership team of PLACE, an all-in-one real estate platform that provides technology and business services to the top 1% of real estate agents across the US and Canada. PLACE currently supports and partners with agents and teams from a variety of brokerage brands all across the US and Canada in over 100 unique markets.
Formerly the president of Ben Kinney Brokerages, under her leadership the eight offices Vija led experienced explosive growth: climbing from 1,330 agents to over 1,700, amounting to a 23% increase in agent count and 25I % growth in sales volume.
Vija was a successful solo agent at the beginning of her career, then went on to form The Vija Group residential real estate team in the Seattle, Washington market. Vija Group has been one of the most successful real estate teams in the Seattle area, giving Vija unparalleled experience as both a solo agent, a real estate team leader, and a regional brokerage operator.
Vija is a co-founder of “Her Best Life,” a national women’s group that hosts annual events and is comprised of some of the top female business leaders and influencers in the nation.
She is the co-host of the Empire Building podcast which has almost a quarter-million downloads.
