About Sterling
Sterling Caporale is an entrepreneur at heart. His ambitions were evident at a young age when he realized happiness was found in starting and growing a business of any kind. As a Hornbeck Scholar majoring in real estate at the University of Denver, he bought and owned five single-family investment properties – all before graduating.
For over a decade, he was employed by The Renaissance Group, a New York City-based investment firm (Owning Castle Hawk Development and Workflow Management, among other companies.) Experiences from this period include traveling to dozens of worldwide locations to manage teams and the opportunity to work with a notable list of C-suite executives. Through these experiences, he witnessed success at the highest levels and learned that the same principles that make a great business apply to almost everything else in life.
Recent professional experience includes founding multiple “luxury-focused” companies, including three “Top-10” ranked independent Idaho real estate brokerages and a full-service strategic marketing agency. As an entrepreneur, he believes that every adversity carries with it the seed of a more significant benefit.
