About Nicole
Drawing upon a lineage in Houston real estate that began with her grandmother in the 1970s and continued with her parents, Nicole felt destined to enter the field and did so in 2010. Since then, she has been a property rights advocate on a mission to help Houstonians build generational wealth through real estate and now runs the operations for the Nation's #1 Real Hispanic Led Estate Team, Mark Dimas Properties
Nicole has many industry accolades, including being named in the Top 20 Under 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors®, Inman Innovator of the Year in 2020, and she’s known for her out-of-the-box marketing strategies. Her dedication to her craft has led her to serve as the Director of the Texas Association of Realtors® and graduate from the Texas Realtors® Leadership Program and Commitment to Excellence Program (C2EX). As the leader of Mark Dimas Properties, Nicole heads a team of creative, first-class advisors who take pride in helping people invest with integrity. They offer the highest level of care and make the process fun, too!
When she’s coaching her team, you’ll find Nicole spending time outdoors with her husband and their kids or volunteering at various Houston nonprofits.
