About Nate
Nate is VP of Partnerships at Opendoor, where he runs business and corporate development, including partnership programs. Nate Harbacek started his career at Oliver Wyman as a consultant in their finance and risk practice at the start of the global financial crisis, where he specialized in mortgage credit risk modeling and bank analytics, restructuring, and corporate finance. He then spent four years at Goldman Sachs in investment banking, covering financials for M&A and capital markets, and covered large U.S. and international banks and the world’s largest mortgage companies. He was recruited to TPG Capital’s credit and special situations fund (TSSP), where he covered residential and small balance commercial real estate asset investing and financial institutions.
