About Katie
Katie Clancy of The Cape House Team at William Raveis built her brand from the ashes of the recession with only an imperative to be a blessing to others. Today she leads a team that produces in the top 1% in her market, and as the Happiest Person in Real Estate she has her sights set on making real estate the happiest industry in the world.
She has shared this mission with her peers across the country from Inman Connect stages to NAR Annuals, WCR, NAGLREP, WomanUP, She’s Unstoppable, and multiple local boards and brands.
In her previous life as a teacher she helped found one of the first charter schools in the country. Peak life experiences include singing Orff’s Carmina Burana, completing her first triathlon, and bringing her infant daughter home from China. Katie lives the dream on Cape Cod with her contractor husband, four daughters, and two very small dogs.
