About Julia
For over two decades, I have enjoyed a coveted level of success marketing and selling all types of Manhattan real estate, from co-op and condo resales to townhouse sales and new developments throughout the city. My deep market knowledge, professional customer service and marketing skills have garnered consistent referrals and repeat business. While known as a northern Manhattan expert, I also have a long history of selling real estate from Washington Heights to Tribeca. I am frequently quoted in the media for my expertise and sought by clients for my team's outstanding level of service.
In addition to my stellar reputation for marketing and selling many new luxury condominium projects for developers, my team and I work extensively with individual clients looking to sell, buy or rent Manhattan apartments and townhouses. Having planned and managed the entire gut renovation of my own brownstone in Harlem, I have an intimate understanding of complex projects, transactions, negotiations, and investment property. I currently sit on the board of my condominium, giving me an insider's understanding of best practices for managing a multi-unit building.
A consummate professional, according to my clients, I pride myself on being the ultimate real estate advisor and advocate. My attentive personal service, insightful market knowledge and straightforward approach, will ensure that your real estate experience is informative and as stress-free as possible. I proudly represent my NYC colleagues serving on the REBNY Residential Brokerage Division Board of Directors. I am also a member of The New York Residential Agent Continuum (a prestigious invitation-only group of top agents) and completed the advanced REBNY New York Residential Specialist Designation course.
My passion for philanthropy is focused on giving back to my community. I founded and serve as President of the Morningside Park Conservancy, a group dedicated to preserving and fostering the natural beauty of one of Manhattan's Landmarked parks along with engaging the community. I also serve on the Frederick Douglass Boulevard Alliance Board of Directors, a group dedicated to strengthening the community. Since 2004 I've had the opportunity to call the beautiful Mount Morris Park section of Harlem home.
