About Joseph
Joseph began his career at Price Waterhouse with a specialization in mortgages and investing. He spent almost 13 years at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch trading and investing in mortgages and other asset backed instruments while also managing and overseeing two mortgage lenders and two mortgage servicers. Joseph became President of Green River Capital in 2010, where he led the company to impressive growth and ultimately a capital markets exit to Clayton holdings. Joseph then became the President of Clayton Holdings and was part of the team the grew that business and ultimately sold it to Radian, the publicly traded mortgage insurance company.
After a short time managing a mortgage fund for Blackstone, Blackstone Residential Trust, Joseph left the fund to do what he enjoys most which is to help lead and grow small to mid-size companies. In that vein, Joseph joined a group of industry veterans in investing in Lincoln Holdings where Joseph is the largest individual shareholder giving him a significant stake in both the success of Lincoln and the service and satisfaction of Lincoln’s clients. Joe is a graduate of Villanova University.
