Jim Roche is the CEO & Team Lead of The Jim Roche Real Estate Team, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University, Jim took his passion for sales and began his career full time in Real Estate in 2017. He has built one of the fastest growing Real Estate Sales Teams in the country in less than 5 years.
Starting off as a solo agent, Jim grew his business into a team in 2019 with 5 Agents & 1 Operations Staff doing a total of $35MM in sales volume. Fast forward to 2022, The Jim Roche Real Estate Team is one of the Top Sales Teams in the city of Philadelphia and consists of 23 Real Estate Agents & 9 Operations Staff members, servicing Philadelphia, New Jersey, and their surrounding counties with large plans for expansion along the East Coast. Combined they are on pace to exceed $225MM in total sales volume and 450 Units in 2022. The Jim Roche Real Estate Team has experienced immense growth since restructuring the organization in 2021 and is broken down into 4 Divisions: Pennsylvania Sales, New Jersey Sales, Development Sales & their newest addition, Rarity, exclusively focused on luxury sales within the high end new construction development and sports & entertainment industry.
