I am a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for serving my community and helping it thrive. My diverse experience in real estate over the past decade has given me keen insight into the industry and how it is evolving in the Baltimore metropolitan area. I was born and raised in the area and have become intimately familiar with market trends in various communities.
My top priority is to provide potential and current homeowners and commercial real estate buyers the opportunity to find the best investment for their needs. To do so, I use my expertise and knowledge to help my clients learn everything they need to know about buying and selling their home so they can make the most informed decisions.
For many, buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision they’re ever going to make. With this in mind, I do not take my job lightly. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, short sales, and investments (multi-units and renovation for resale) throughout the state of Maryland. My diverse clientele has varying needs, and it’s my pleasure to help them navigate the often-complicated world of real estate and the entire process a rewarding one.
My career began over 10 years ago, when I started my own branch of Ameritime Mortgage, and gained extensive experience in the mortgage industry. This invaluable knowledge gives me a unique advantage over competitors. I then became a licensed Title Insurance Producer and founded Team Settlement Services, a full-service settlement company. And in 2019, I obtained my builder’s license and completed my first custom home June 2020. It is always important to me to add another dimension to my overall real estate experience so my clients always have the best resources available.
Now as a real estate agent I’ve become a multimillion dollar producer largely because I do one thing better than anyone else – and that is putting my clients’ needs first. The last 5 years in Real Estate has been amazing. I have tripled my business and won the Regional Cultural Icon Award for Keller Williams International. I love to do everything in a very Fun, Fresh, Fabulous and Family filled way.
