Tackling one of the hardest jobs in the industry — MLS consolidation, Art Carter is CEO of the California Regional Multiple Listing Service Inc., the nation’s largest MLS. He a champion for the unification of California’s MLSs and one of the early pioneers of data sharing. He oversees an MLS  with more than 80,000 members. His trade group expertise was so highly valued that Midwest Real Estate Data, Chicagoland’s largest MLS, elected him to its board as a strategic manager in June.
