Trulia has quietly flipped the switch and is now live in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Real estate guides are available for most of the metro areas in the region. Some kinks still need to ironed out as some of the listings I clicked on were quite old (81 days) and no longer in the original database from which they must have been scraped. Nevertheless, it’s good to see that new markets are being continually added to their site.
