House Hunter by Cre8tive Apps aims to simplify the homebuying experience for the consumer. The app helps buyers identify, weight and track house features that are important to them.

The app prompts buyers to score the amenities that matter to them. The info can then be shared with the agent and notes and photos can be taken during home tours.

Jay Taylor, Cre8tive Apps co-founder, stopped by Inman HQ for Demo Day and dished on the app and how agents can personalize it for their clients.
