How can you better integrate Twitter to your Facebook business pages? The answer is easy: Install a tab!
We’ve done this on the Inman Next Facebook page, and you can see it is a really clean and simple interface that drives people to our other social networks. We found that people are most likely to visit the tab the first time they come to your page. However, in addition, the most socially savvy people who “like” your page will go back to your Facebook business page to discover your other social networks.
There are 3 steps:
1. Add a tab for Twitter. In the drop down menu, click the business page to add this tab to.
2. Add your Twitter handle and click “Save Settings.” You may be promoted at this point to authorize access to your Twitter account.
3. Arrange the tabs on your Facebook pages as you’d like. Facebook requires that you leave the Photos tab as one of our “Top 4” that appear, so you should arrange your Twitter feed to be one of the Top 4.
That is it! You can follow the same steps to also add your Pinterest and Instagram feeds to your Facebook business page.
