Can an algorithm create a price reduction?
LeapRE sure thinks so.
The goal of their new software is to remove the salesperson’s opinion regarding price adjustments after the home is listed by the agent.
LeapRE builds “pricing reports” for the consumer, on behalf of the agent, by curating several inarguable data points.
LeapRE presents to the home seller just the facts that matter. Reports are created using an algorithm consisting of comps, but also showing feedback and Web traffic statistics.
By doing this, the commission-based professional’s opinion of dropping a home’s price while listed becomes less important than the data itself.
Paul Lazarre, founder and CEO of Leap Real Estate Systems, joined us at Inman News’ Demo Day to explain.
