ZipLogix, the Realtor-owned provider of zipForm electronic forms and transaction management services, has signed up three Pennsylvania Realtor associations that will provide zipForms as a member benefit.
More than 7,500 members of the the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAOR), the Montgomery County Association of Realtors (MCAOR) and Suburban West Realtors Association (SWRA) will have access to zipForm 6 Professional and the zipLogix Digital Ink digital signature service, the company said.
Members will have the option to purchase additional zipLogix solutions, including zipForm Mobile Web Edition, the companion software to zipForm 6 Professional; "relay," zipLogix’s transaction collaboration software; and zipVault Online, for document storage.
Founded in 1991, zipLogix is jointly owned by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS), a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors.
NAR also owns a stake in DocuSign, which recently entered into an agreement with zipLogix to be the preferred e-signature solution for zipLogix.
