Two Realtor associations representing 80 percent of Realtors in Southwest Florida say they will share listing data through CoreLogic’s InfoNet Data Co-op.
The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Inc., with 3,985 broker and agent members, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors, with 3,827 broker and agent members, will license multiple listing service data to CoreLogic.
The CoreLogic InfoNet Data Co-op is a revenue-sharing program that will make agent-to-agent information available to members of both associations.
Members of both associations will have access to comprehensive data on properties available in Lee and Collier counties, including residential listings records with more than 250 data fields.
The Data Co-op gathers all data together into a single interface, which is accessible through an agent’s home MLS, and makes it available on all popular Web browsers, operating systems and platforms.
