HomeServices also acquired the huge brokerage firms Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and Prudential Rubloff Properties during the year, and is welcoming them along with dozens of other firms to its new franchise brand operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, a joint venture that it has a majority stake in.
