Before joining ERA, Charlie served as chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. Initially, he was a senior vice president of marketing in 2004 at the company. His two decades of executive business management includes stints at Cendant Mortgage (now PHH Mortgage), Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) Directory Services, and the New Jersey Nets.
