Trevor Koot

Trevor is currently the Executive Officer of the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association and the Kootenay Real Estate Board in British Columbia, Canada. As a former broker/owner of a franchise brokerage, broker/owner of a property management company, chair of a real estate regulator, Governance Committee Chair of an international real estate regulatory association and REALTOR, Trevor brings a varied perspective to the current real estate landscape. Challenging the phrase, "because that's the way we've always done it", is a favorite past time.
