Steve Ozonian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Williston Financial Group, a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital. Steve’s career, as a leader in the real estate and mortgage industry, is well-chronicled. Over the course of a career deep in operational experience, he has engineered the dramatic growth of multiple real estate related businesses. As a Senior Executive at Chicago Title & Trust, he headed the real estate services segment which acquired and sold thousands of homes a year. As an Executive Vice President with Coldwell Banker, Ozonian helped build the company into a national power house. With Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Ozonian, as Chairman and CEO, expanded the network annual sales volume to over 40,000 sales associates and 1,600 locations. Ozonian is perhaps best- known for leading the world’s most successful real estate research portal during his time as CEO of REALTOR.com. He has also served Bank of America as its National Homeownership Executive lending billions to consumers of residential real estate. Ozonian serves on the boards of LendingTree, Global Mobility Solutions, Realty Mogul, RealtyTrac and WFG. Steve has received numerous awards and has been recognized as an influential leader in residential real estate by many sources, as he continues to build value throughout the chain of the associates, customers and shareholders he serves. There are only a few executives who have the depth of experience and value creation results in the real estate industry and Steve continues to find opportunities through his broad involvement and contributions.
