Rick is an EVP for www.Auction.com, the country's largest online real estate marketplace. One of the country’s most frequently-quoted sources on real estate, mortgage and foreclosure trends, Rick has appeared on the CBS Evening News, NBC Nightly News, CNN, ABC World News, CNBC, FOX and NPR. Rick has briefed government organizations such as the Federal Reserve and Senate Banking Committee and corporations like JPMorgan Chase, Citibank and Deutsche Bank, and done training for real estate organizations such as Re/Max, Prudential and Keller Williams.
As an executive with companies like RealtyTrac Inc. and Carrington Holding Co., Sharga has been an industry spokesman since 2003, providing insights into the U.S. housing market, mortgage industry, commercial and international real estate trends, and the foreclosure crisis.
