Richard Koss is Visiting Scholar and Director of the Global Housing Watch at the International Monetary Fund. He is also Adjunct Professor at the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University. Prior positions include Director of Economics at Fannie Mae and Senior Vice President for Global Investments at Brown Brothers Harriman. He holds a BS degree in mathematics and statistics from Case Western Reserve University and a PhD in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is past Chair of the Conference of Business Economists, a member of the Economic Club of New York and a member of the Affordable Housing Working Group of the World Economic Forum.
