Over the last 26 years I've owned a Realty Executives franchise with 5 offices and between 300 and 575 agents as well as an Escrow Company. I learned to sell in the 80's by going door to door selling alarm systems. I sold that company and simi-retired at the ripe old age of 30. Being an actor at heart I started a Movie Production Company and started producing commercials. Then I produced a feature film that I starred in and paid for entirely with my own money. Fast forward to 1993 when I got my Real Estate license and immediately produced some memorable commercials for television that made me the #1 Realtor for our company. Things were going well so I bought the company, at least a big percentage of it. Now all 3 of my boys sell for me and I'm very happy!!!
