Philip Lang is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at The Agency, where he works across finance, operations, business development and partnerships to strategically steer the direction of the global brokerage.
Prior to The Agency, Philip served as the COO at Triplemint, the New York City-based brokerage which merged into The Agency in 2022, where he oversaw the operations and finance teams of the company as it grew to achieve $1 billion in sales volume across six offices spanning four markets in the Northeast. Under Philip’s leadership, Triplemint was named one of America's Best Startup Employers by Fortune, a Best Place to Work by Crain’s New York Business, a Most Loved Workplace by Newsweek and a 2021 Top Workplace by amNewYork.
Philip graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and was a member of the lightweight crew team. He has run over 10 New York City Marathons, serving as a guide for disabled runners in five of them with Achilles International. During his time with the charitable organization, he has accompanied blind and autistic runners as fast as 2:50.
Philip lives on the Upper West Side of New York City with his wife and their dog, James.
