Nick Boniakowski

Nick Boniakowski is the Head of Agent Partnerships at Opendoor, where he oversees program strategy, growth and sales enablement to help the agent community serve more customers and scale their businesses through collaboration with Opendoor. As an industry veteran, Nick has spent his career at the intersection of real estate and technology, integrating the traditional and new to create the best consumer experiences. After joining Opendoor as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Nick helped lead triple digit growth in brokerage partnerships and continues to work with his team to deliver innovative solutions and programs to support agent engagement with Opendoor, in service of sellers and buyers. Prior to Opendoor, Nick served as a Director of Program Strategy within the consumer programs division at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Before then, Nick spent 7 years at Redfin Corporation, where he held a series of leadership positions, from market expansion to regional operations management, culminating as a senior manager on the national strategy team. As a third-generation real estate broker and real estate stakeholder, Nick maintains a lifelong passion for driving the industry forward to meet the evolving needs of customers.
