Nicholas Oliver is the Principal Broker at HomeDax Real Estate based in New York City. He is involved in the daily management of the firm, client relationships and its team of agents. Nicholas and his team have successfully closed over 400 sale, purchase and rental transactions in New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley since 2016.
