Michael founded Splitero to help homeowners better their lives by giving them access to their home equity. He is a consumer-focused executive with a passion for building businesses that do the right things for homeowners. Before Splitero, Michael served as a Vice President at Sundae. As part of the founding team, he has played an integral role in building Sundae’s marketplace serving homeowners looking to sell their homes off-market in as-is condition. Previously, Michael was part of the initial team at LendingHome, leading the sales org. While at LendingHome, Michael also owned three HomeVestors Franchises in Southern California and Oregon. Throughout his career, he has acquired more than 1,000 homes and originated more than $250 million in business purpose investment loans. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas.
