Following a career in elementary education, Leah McDonough joined her parents’ family real estate business in 2016 to oversee finance. In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for events, marketing and other operational support. Leah’s parents David and Dana founded the firm in 1984. Today the brokerage has seven offices and more than 200 agents serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and southern Oklahoma. In January of 2024, David and Dana sold the firm to Leah and her husband Mark, who has served as president since 2010.
