Kurt Nishimura

Kurt Nishimura is the President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and has more than 25 years in real estate. He is the former chapter president of the Greater Phoenix AREAA chapter. Nishimura has expertise in development, acquisition, repositioning and asset management of various real estate types with emphasis in hotel, resort, and mixed use development. He recently launched his own real estate company focused on investment and consulting within the industry. NIshimura is a graduate of Western Illinois University who earned a MBA in Real estate from DePaul University.
