David Kully is a Partner at Holland & Knight's Washington, DC office. Before joining Holland & Knight in September 2016, Dave spent 18 years with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He left the DOJ's Antitrust Division as Chief of the Litigation III Section, which was responsible for antitrust enforcement in the real estate industry (among other industries). His enforcement work involving residential real estate was extensive and included playing a central role in the DOJ's litigation against the National Association of Realtors, in which the DOJ took on NAR's "VOW Policy" and ensured that NAR and its MLSs could not impede the operations of innovative brokers seeking to deliver services in new ways.
