Eight months after its launch, Realtor.com+ has received a significant upgrade.
The platform, which is exclusively available through multiple listing services as a member benefit, enables agents to search listings with MLS filters, view real-time insights into buyers’ search activity, read local market intelligence reports, communicate with clients and auto-plan tour routes without leaving the Realtor.com+ platform.
Now those agents and their clients can take their searches to the next level with RealAssist AI, Realtor.com’s artificial intelligence-powered assistant that launched in June.

Anna Marie Castiglioni
RealAssist AI can help agents onboard their clients and co-buyers, keep a list of buyer preferences and notes, and automatically generate tailored home searches based on those insights. The assistant also sends agents a daily client summary, called Daily Digest, which includes a buyer’s activity across chats, searches, notifications and price changes, and provides a list of next steps based on that activity.
Lastly, RealAssist AI can handle tasks like refining home searches based on professional-level MLS data fields or drafting client messages. However, agents must review and approve the tasks before the assistant takes action.
“Realtor.com+ is evolving into a more intelligent agent workspace that helps real estate professionals reduce manual work, respond faster to their clients, and stay in closer sync with buyer activity — and RealAssist AI is at the center of that shift,” said Anna Marie Castiglioni, head of Realtor.com Next, in Tuesday’s announcement. “It transforms the platform from a collaboration center into an agent’s proactive partner.”
This October, Inman turns its focus to AI and its rapid rise in real estate. During Artificial Intelligence Month, we’re digging into the startups shaking things up and the established players folding AI into their offerings.
“It starts by getting them moving faster through client setup, then keeps working in the background, surfacing insights, drafting high-intent communications and flagging ready-now opportunities before an agent even logs in,” she added.

Jeff Young
Alongside RealAssist AI, Realtor.com+ also boasts a Realtors Property Resource (RPR) integration, which lets agents access property insights, reports, and market intelligence without leaving the Realtor.com+ platform.
“Market questions come up constantly in conversations between agents and their clients,” RPR CEO Jeff Young said in a prepared statement. “Bringing RPR Market Trends into Realtor.com+ gives Realtors access to trusted local market data right inside that collaboration experience, helping them add context to those conversations and guide clients with greater confidence.”
Realtor.com said the RealAssist AI and RPR integrations will boost engagement—agent adoption currently sits at 10 percent—and fuel expansion. Currently, Realtor.com+ is live in 21 markets and will launch four new markets in the near future. The latest MLS to add Realtor.com+ as a member benefit is Austin’s Unlock MLS.
“Realtor.com offers top-of-funnel search behavior, and Unlock MLS offers rich, verified transaction data,” Unlock MLS CEO Emily Girard said in a written statement. “Put those two things together in a way that keeps the agent at the center, and you get something truly valuable that neither side can build alone.”
“For a long time, the assumption was that MLSs had to either build every piece of tech ourselves or hand our data over and hope for the best,” she added. “This is a third path where we bring the expertise nobody else has — what our data actually means, how agents actually behave inside it — and Realtor.com brings expertise we don’t have and shouldn’t have to build from scratch.”
